Spring feels like it may be here at last! In Maine, we've been waiting for this for a while! Winter has finally decided to back off enough for us to hop forward an hour and get more daylight into our lives. As we move forward with a new season to a new year, it is time to shed the bad habits and crutches we hold onto in order to push for the negativity that consumes us daily.
